To be who we are

Unapologetically

To take this leap of faith

And to let our heart guides us

To be seen

To be heard

To be recognized

We can feel a kind of emergency right now in the air

A subtle feeling within ourselves that is telling us, « enough is enough ».

An urge to do.

To go with our own flow.

To follow our gut, our desires, our dreams.

And to say, « this is what I am. This is what I want. And I will go for it. No matter what. »

I love that energy.

That energy brought by this new month.

December, the season of Sagittarius.

The Archer.

The one that seeks for truth with fire.

With a fierce will.

A heartfelt faith.

Sometimes, we could have been forced to hold back.

To restrict ourselves.

Fearing we would say too much or not enough.

Fearing we would be too much or not enough.

But for sure nNot quite right.

I myself kept quiet for years.

I tried to extinguish the fire burning inside me in order to be accepted.

To be part of a group.

To be loved.

But the truth is, the more we try to fit into a box that doesn't suit us, the more we hurt ourselves.

The more we silence our suffering and who we are, the more we dig the trench of our own exclusion.

That of our entire being.

Which then continues to scream in silence.

Yes.

It’s time.

And we can all feel it in different ways.

We can all feel that, whatever we want to create in our lives, there is no more space for unspoken truth.

There is no more space for hiding what makes us, us.

Whatever our flaws, wounds, traumas, patterns, stories.

It’s time to speak for ourselves.

To say it loud.

To embrace it.

To be unapologetically authentic.

Because at the end, this is how we can help each other.

This is how we can be seen, heard and recognized

By allowing ourselves to be who we are

By allowing ourselves to love what we are, as imperfectly perfect as we are

As beautifully different, weird, silly, or whatever you want to be

But to be loved.

With kindness.

And truth.

So…
